Lea – our very first

A patient of Maria’s wanted to give her this cat (she breeds Maine Coons) as a thank-you gift for a successful treatment — since Maria had always shown an interest in cats.
Back then, there was no way to foresee what would develop. So Lea became our oldest (first) and biggest (a Maine Coon, around 9 kg), and she acts like it — she’s the boss. She came from a good home, no deficiencies with her or her mother, no stress, always healthy, mama’s favorite.
She’s just not happy with brushing. Not used to it as a kitten, so now it’s a challenge. Her flanks, belly, and chest often need a quick clip with the Aesculap clippers — 1mm and off it goes…
Otherwise, she’s super happy. Top Mojo. Queen of the pack, so to speak.
